DKB performs maintenance for landlords with HMO's and multiple properties, as well as single property homeowners.

As landlords ourselves, we are aware that the cost of prevention is usually lower than the true cost of a belated repair. We therefore offer  planned, preventative maintenance packages designed to prevent more expensive remedial action.

For those events that cannot be anticipated we provide a conventional remedial maintenance service as and when required. Where safety or security is an issue, a rapid response service is available.
